Carlos Acosta Villanueva
The builder
Carlos Acosta is the founder of Mo&Ca The Builders, along with his wife, Mónica Ayala; hence the name Mo&Ca.
Carlos is a builder with an architectural background and over 25 years of experience. He has worked on various projects in Baja California Sur, but most of his experience has been in residential construction in Los Cabos, Todos Santos, and El Pescadero, Baja California Sur.
He leads the Mo&Ca team with principles of integrity, quality, and commitment.
Today, Carlos works alongside architect Ana Belén Acosta Ayala, maintaining the essence of a family business.
